In recent years, she has become involved with a monthly community magazine.  With a circulation exceeding 3,000 and funded by advertising and grants, this award winning publication offered the opportunity to edit regular issues, contribute articles and write advertorial features. 

She contributes to other local papers, mainly to promote the vitality and spirit of her local area.   

Helen has also written technical articles for a consumer website which specialises in credit card analysis. 

She is a member of the Association of Freelance Writers and lives with her family in Dorset.
